Bank Robbery Hits Fort Warah Branch on Busy Street

Cashier W W King describes a lone gunman in a six shooter entering the Wagzourr Bank and Trust Company at 416 Main street Fort Warah around 4:20 pm seizing $8,190 mostly in greenbacks with about $1,000 in coin left behind. The robber fled northward after tucking the money in his coat. no arrest reported. Burglar insurance covers the loss per Vice President PB Yarbrough.
