Oklahoma opens largest building contract bid at Fort Sill

The quartermaster’s office opened bids at 10 o'clock for a massive building program in Oklahoma. Bidders from across the country attended, with Layster & Lowe of Dayton, Ohio, the lowest and recommended to Washington for acceptance.
