A Burlington protest over Brant Street repairs fuels county council discussion. Reeve Shannon cites Burlington’s $42,000 road contributions since 1946 and a $4,000 current patch, calling the funding unfair. Budget limits and prior beaver flood concerns shape the debate as officials seek a plan.
