County Council Backs Victory Loan Drive For Farmers
Halton County Council, Milton. Speakers Paul Fisher L C Amys and A S Auld urged stronger rural support for the Victory Loan. Fisher said farmers should buy bonds or use credit. Amys noted Ottawa asks rural committees to back canvassers due to good crops and rising prices.
