Rescue Saves Two Year Old From Drowning
Neighbors spotted a red object in about 18 inches of ice cold creek water behind Wallace Avenue. Firefighters and medical staff assisted Rosalyn Hall, two, of 217 McDonald Boulevard, who was found face down and later transported by ambulance to Guelph General Hospital in satisfactory condition. The child was removed to the home of Mrs. G. Hlargrave where she was declared out of danger after responders arrived.

Esquesing Council Names Currie Reeve and Acclaims Councillors
