Tractor-trailer Hit by Morning Train at Mill Street Crossing
A tractor-trailer from N. O. Hipel Waterloo was struck by a CN rail line train at the MEN Street crossing shortly after ten on Tuesday. Roy Leston of Preston and helper Wardlaw Marshall of Ayr escaped with bruises after the rear of the truck was hit. wreckage and lumber littered the crossing as two workers continued cleanup following investigation by Chief Harrop and medical exam.
