Acton Opens with Losses in Halton League Debacle

Acton, in the 1038 Halton County League, started with two defeats, 0-0 to Milton and 14-5 to Heapeler, as Gordon struggled with wild pitches and defensive miscues amid a small Milton crowd. Miltons big inning featured a rally aided by an error and timely hits, while Acton failed to capitalize in late innings unlocking further scoring opportunities.
