Elephant and Volkswagen tale spurs caution on parking
A local tale tells of an elephant stepping onto a parked Volkswagen, causing a dented car and a chase by police. The driver blames the elephant for the crash and tells officers the animal sat on his car, prompting speculation about psychiatric exam and jail. The anecdote ends with a moral: do not park a VW near elephants.
