Acton District Notes Seeding Delayed by Cool Weather
Seeding lags in Acton as cool weather slows farm work making this a late spring for local farmers. A Mother's Day tea at the Legion Hall raised about 40 dollars for the Ladies Auxiliary. The old grist mill site on Mill Street sees ground levelling after the building was torn down earlier.
