The Acton Citizens Band drew a record Town Hall crowd for a benefit concert and old-time fiddlers contest. Dr Peter Stuarts will powerfully altered by four codicils drawn in five months before his August 1925 death. The judge ruled these codicils valid allotting $100000 for widow and daughter, a $100 monthly support, and $10000 each to brother and sister. Remainder shares four institutions led by Guelph General Hospital and a Peter Stuart Surgery scholarship.
