Train blocks after car wreck near Acton on icy Highway 7

Baby dies in Highway 401 crash near Milton
A nine month old girl Donna Luxton died and three others were injured when a car driven by her uncle John Baker 27 of Kitchener crashed in fog and rain on Highway 401 near the Oakville Creek bridge west of Milton. Baker is in Hamilton hospital in critical condition with serious injuries. Donald Luxton 27 formerly of Fergus suffered a broken leg and arm fracture while his wife Joan 25 had head cuts. The Luxtons other child Donnie two was unhurt. The Baker car was en route to Kitchener. Donna was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Donald Luxton of Downsview. The deceased is the granddaughter of the late Rev. W G Luxton former rector of St Alban's Acton.
