Two-Car Crash Sends Couple to Hospital in Guelph
At 5 pm Saturday at Church and Frederich Streets a Volkswagen driven by Gertried Rotzal 43 Church St and an Ollomobile driven by Hermes Normand 29 Main St collided. Mrs Rotzal suffered fractured jaw broken ribs internal injuries. Mr Rotzal released. Mrs Rotzal improving. Police valued damages at 500 dollars. Cons R Wood investigated.

A Nassagaweya farm home owned by R. W. Watson burned completely this morning. Firefighters from Acton arrived after 10 a.m. with two trucks and a rural pumper. The family was away. no one was injured, but belongings were lost. Neighbors gathered as water from a pond helped fight the blaze.
