The Golden Age club is chosen by ballot as the Senior Citizens group name. An executive meeting is set for Friday at the home of Miss Annie Abbins. Two monthly meetings are planned, on the first and third Thursdays with 2 pm and 7 30 pm sessions. The first evening meeting is June 18 at 7 30. Executive members and all persons over six are invited to join in fellowship and friendship.

Gaul Samaritan suffer bad break aiding youth at park
Dr. John McGilloway broke his arm while trying to help a young boy retrieve a lost article from a tree in the park. The youth stood on a bench, fell, and the doctor required surgery after X rays showed a bad upper arm fracture. He is survived by Mrs. Catherine McGilloway of Victoria Street.

Cadet Officers Attend Morning Service in Toronto
Twenty cadet officers from St John Ambulance brigades attended a Morning Prayer service at St Pauls Church in Toronto. Acton cadets led by E Hef fernan and Thomas Cook were present with Nursing Member George Hargrave and Mrs Hargrave, plus R S Hart. Knights of the order joined the procession, and the Lieutenant Governor attended the service. The group later took part in Decoration Day activities, joining the cemetery procession after a brief lunch break.

Decoration Day Parade at Pioneer Cemetery Recalls Community Ties
A large crowd attended the Tenth Decoration Day parade and service at Fairview Cemetery, with flowers planted around the grounds and new willows added. The Ministerial Association led prayers after the procession, and Rev.
