Acton Public Utilities Commission met Tuesday with Chair CC Mo Hansen presiding. The panel granted permission to Bell Telephone to use a commission pole. They ordered two 1 KVA transformers for June delivery to relieve overload on Crescent and Guelph Streets. Four more fire hydrants arrived completing the order and will be installed after frost. Additional spending covered hoist purchase and storage needs as well as office painting tenders.
