Four Injured In Acton Car Crash Near Guelph
A collision one mile east of Guelph injures four people including three from Acton and one from Rockwood after an old car crashes into a parked vehicle. Charles Lafave’s car is a complete wreck while Latave’s car struck from behind. Passengers Luda Ranney Helen Novak and Frank Wood suffer minor injuries. Police probe the cause and damages.

Foster Hewitts New CKFH Station Towers Erected in Ajax
Foster Hewitts new CKFH radio station on the island will feature 100 foot towers near the airport with orange and white bands. Ajax Engineering Cap erected the towers on Monday and applied final paint on Wednesday. The station, owned by Foster Hewitt, aims to start soon with sports programming and expand to full time by mid February.
