Micro Plastics Signs Licensing Deal With Acton Plant
Micro Plastics signed a licensing agreement with Avex for extrusion and distribution of Avex plastic sheet for outdoor signs. Eastern Chemical Products announced the plan, making Acton the first and only Canadian firm to manufacture the product. The 90,000 square foot plant houses 23 extrusion lines with capability up to 54 inch widths and production is slated to begin within four months per president Jack Reid.
