Esquesing Council Approves Treasurer Refunds and Bills
At the last council meeting Gowdy and Leslie pass refunds to D Mc Gibbon Wm Sharp and others for errors in rate and taxes totaling several dollars. The treasurer is instructed to pay various division allowances wire fence bonuses and service costs including court cases, insurance and postage. A by law for 1926 municipal elections is approved and the Reeve is thanked for his fair chairing of meetings.

Fox Industry Strong in Canada Says Minister Report
The annual report of Hon. W. R. Motherwell shows wartime year success for Canada's fox industry with Prince Edward Island exporting 6000 foxes mainly to the United States. Prices for skinned pelts rose and demand for fox fur increases as wild supplies shrink. Silver fox pelts remain the highest priced and breeding stock inquiries flow from the United States and Europe.
