In Milton police court Samuel W. Shearling aged 17 was sentenced to three years in Kingston Penitentiary and Raymond Kelly to two years less five days at Guelph Reformatory. They were convicted of the Acton theft from William G Bruce last week with Magistrate K M Langdon of Georgetown presiding.
