Sunshine School Seeks 20000, Public to Raise 8000
The North Halt Association for Retarded Children meeting at Sunshine School Hornby reports about 20000 needed this year to maintain the Sunshine School with 8000 to be raised through public donations. A May 18 door draw funds the drive while three delegates will attend the Ontario Association for Retarded Children's meeting in Kingston. The campaign includes film showings at St George’s Church Hall and a national camp drive April 28 to May 22 publicized on television.
