The Acton Minor Ball Club held its third annual meeting in the Town Hall with E. E. Barr as President and A. White as Secretary Treasurer. Officers elected include W. A. Storey honorary president G Masales and L Atkinson vice presidents. The treasurer reported expenses of 97.31 dollars, receipts 75.10 dollars and a 22.21 dollar balance. A concert on April 22 was approved to raise funds to clear the debt.

Divorce Case In Halton Court At Walton County
At the Walton County Spring Assizes, opened at Milton, Mr Justice Kingstone granted Vernon Roe Peer a divorce from Sarah Helen Peer. The action was undefended. Peer fainted in the witness box and was revived by Dr. T. E. A. McColl of Milton.

Freight Train Derails Hurling Cars From Breslau Bridge
A CN railway freight train derailed early Tuesday, sending twelve cars over a subway bridge to the highway fifty feet below.
