Holstein Breeders Honor Ross Segsworth at St Pauls Church
About 300 Holstein breeders and friends gathered at St Pauls United Church auditorium in Milton on Friday March 26 to honor Ross Segsworth who just retired as President of the Holstein Friesian Association of Canada. Ralph Ford chaired the event and guests included Row President and G M Clemans of the association. A turkey banquet followed with entertainment by the Gay Nineties Quartette and Earl Burt. Joseph Connell urged local clubs to foster giants for progress, noting too many pigmies and calling for focus beyond money and power.
