Boise May 6 practically every room in Boise reserved for lawyers witnesses and newspaper men as the Haywood murder trial of former Governor Steunenberg set to begin. Clarence Darrow and E F Richardson lead defense with James H Hawley and Senator W B Borah for prosecution. An application for a bill of particulars will be argued before Judge Wood. delays are unlikely. The case has already cost Idaho tens of thousands with more funds raised by union labor and miners federation.
