Aberdeen City Council Resolves Street Improvement Plan
The Aberdeen City Council of Chehalis County Washington adopts a plan to improve K street from the alley to the river tracks and River street to the Northern Pacific platform. An eight foot sidewalk on K street and a ten foot crossing on River street are proposed with costs not exceeding 50 cents per linear foot. The city will assess the costs against abutting property in the designated 1900 district, with protests due by September 22, 1900.
