City Council Votes Street Re-namings and ordinances
The Aberdeen city council met last Saturday approving Ordinances 267 and 266, vacation of Seventh Street and sidewalk work on First Street. The body rejected Mrs. Wood’s quarantine bill and a previous city attorney bill, discussed water main expansion, and set a 10 mill levy for next year. They also proposed street renaming across many avenues, granted Hanauer & Kaufman a liquor license, and referred sewer and council seat questions to committees.

Aberdeen Ordinance Approves First Street Sidewalk District
