Priced at one dollar per month’s supply with internal and external medicines, it promises relief and permanent cure, plus hay fever and cold in the head relief. Mail order offered from Edwin B. Giles & Company, Philadelphia.
Two separate summonses in foreclosure of tax liens issued by Chehalis County Washington. First notice against E J Burtis and Mattie A Burtis for Certificate of Delinquency No. 1018 covering 1892 1899 taxes with 15 percent interest and costs. Second notice against Laurits Farseths and Geo Anderson for Certificate No. 1251 covering 1896 1899 1900 taxes with 15 percent interest and costs. Both require appearance within sixty days of first publication or payment to avoid judgment.
An old advertisement touts Laxative Bromo Quinine Tablets with a claim to cure a cold in one day. It notes refunds if the remedy fails and features E. W. Grove's signature on each box. The price is listed as 25 cents.
The City of Aberdeen sues Charles Ross and Mary Doe Ross to foreclose a local improvements lien on Lot 18 Block 3 Emery Mack Add Aberdeen for 22 dollars and 75 cents plus penalties interest costs. In a second action Robert R Black and Alex McMillan seek foreclosure of a delinquency lien on lands described in section 7 township 17 N range 9 W with 15 percent annual rate.
