Aberdeen City Council Plans Fifth Street Improvement
The Aberdeen City Council resolves to improve Fifth street from I street east to the plank road east line by clearing and grading to 20 feet and building a 16 foot plank roadway. Costs not to exceed 1.25 per lineal foot including crossings, with a local improvement district formed to levy assessments on adjacent lots in Chehalis County Washington. Protests deadline October 5, 1901. City officials Anskir and Black seal the resolution.
