Harry Ford once head clerk of the City store Hoquiam was arrested in Porthind on a charge of stealing proceeds from 400 boxes of peaches sold during a store shutdown. After a preliminary hearing last night Justice Phillips discharged him. Testimony showed the peaches went to Livingston's store paid by check and the check turned over to receiver John Richardson.
