A. S. Hodgdon and his mother Mrs. S. A. Hodgdon will depart in about a week for an extended visit to the East. They will stop in Springfield Missouri to see A. B. Hodgdon, then travel to Concord and Barnstead New Hampshire to visit relatives and the Hodgdon homestead. The trip may last several weeks and is tailored by Mrs. Hodgdon with her sons expecting it to benefit her after years away.
Hoquiam May 10 Two boys under 18 were arrested in Aberdeen on a charge of breaking into W F Adams house at Grays Harbor City yesterday morning about 9 30. They were put off a freight train bound for Moc lip s and brought to Hoquiam by Constable Quinn to the city jail. They face a justice court trial in W M Lamb's court today.
Hoquiam resident H B Leehmuis a pioneer on Grays Harbor died in Eureka California on Monday news reached distant relative Joseph Yeagler yesterday. Leehmuis moved to Hoquiam in 1887 and later to Portland in the 1890s after a logging career here. Born in Germany he immigrated as a youth and served in the Union army during the Civil War.
