Accused of Double Murder in Isolated Indian Creek Shack
William Gohl, Sailors Union agent, is jailed for first degree murder after police report two men were killed in a shack on Indian Creek on Christmas. Charles Hapgood and John Hoffman are named victims. Hapgood’s body was anchored in the bay with a 25 pound anchor, Hoffman’s fate unclear and sought with a 50 pound anchor.
