Defense lawyer Martin F Smith Called A Sherar Olaf Oberg W A Medley Charles Knokey C M Davis and R Camillo of Hoquiam. Judge Phillips credited the state’s evidence but ruled no crime occurred and noted he did not approve of such contests though the theater was in good faith with good intentions.
