Ishmael Duclos seeks foreclosure in Chehalis County Superior Court on delinquency certificates for taxes 1897 1899 against properties in Hoquiam addition to Aberdeen. Notices names defendants including Harry C Heermans Frank Heermans Chester Congdon Mary Congdon and unknowns with multiple lots and 15 percent interest penalties.
