Grading Completion Delayed by Arbitration on Canadian Northern
The Cana dian Northern grading contract held by Mr W T Tierney is nearly finished except for disputed sections through Messrs Plardine and Reid. Arbitration will settle the outstanding balance before total completion. Mr T Stokes, who managed the project, has returned to Mission City as the rock work portion is due to finish by New Year. The company still lacks rights of way through Menara Mlordice and Reid properties.
