Extracts from the Executive and Secretary Treasurer's report dated Victoria February 4 1914 detail the directors election of W C Ricardo as President R M Palmer Vice President W S Foggo F D Nicholson W F Somers Thos Abfel and R M Winslow Secretary Minister and Deputy with the Minister of Agriculture acting ex officio. The association outlines work by directors executive and committees on transportation legislation labor advertising and marketing and notes efforts to advance fruit industry interests and parallel efforts by citrus and northwest state groups. The executive planned unified action, meetings in 1913 and 1914 across Victoria Ottawa and other places, and ongoing engagement with government committees. The text closes with editorial notes about conductor trials and a separate humorous aside from Passer Train Armstrong BC and Sing Kee.
