Albany Georgia October 12 Mrs Bennie Hudson was found not guilty by a jury of the murder of her two sons. On the stand she testified her husband shot the boys and threatened her if she spoke. She described being forced to the barn with a pistol to her head then hearing two shots and her escape efforts amid her husband’s vows to kill her. She said the boys were illegitimate and that she fled from Alabama to shield them, driven by love and to secure decent support amid alleged extreme cruelty.
