Claude P Cromer Dies In Abbeville Veteran War Record
Claude P Cromer son of J D Cromer died at his Abbeville home at 7 o clock Thursday morning. He married Nina Beauford about two years ago and she with one son survives. Also survived by his father J D Cromer one brother John Cromer of this city and one sister Mrs Mary Jackson of Ninety Six. Funeral services were held at Long Cane by Rev G M Telford with interment in Long Cane cemetery. He was a World War I veteran stationed in Siberia and served seven years in the United States Army.
