Mrs William Purdy died after a long illness at her Verdery area home Saturday night. Funeral services were held at Cedar Springs yesterday conducted by Rev RT Kerr. She was about 70. Survived by husband two sons Paul and Bonner Purdy a daughter Mrs Frank Kerr of Bradley and two brothers Hillary and William Deviln Greenwood Journal.
