A letter from A Rothwell advocates a constitutional shift to a continuous parliament with yearly third-term elections and multi member constituencies. At Friday's Board of Trade session committees were named for Trade and Transportation Wholesale Retail Sections Membership and Finance Publicity Municipal and Legislations Sports and others. A permanent committee to address prosperity and food conservation was appointed. A request was sent to Broadview Board of Trade about delaying C N R lime construction to Estevan. Meetings for the coming year are set for the first and third Tuesday each month.
