A. H Lowe, Ben Lawrence and Frank Finney of York have secured a lease on the Keystone mine four miles from Erie. Snow at the Second Relief mine is about 60 inches deep with excellent sleighing to Erie. A 40 horsepower engine is being tilled at Second Relief for age when water supply fails.

The C B Society entertained at St Andrews Highs in Ymir under Presbyterian auspices with local entertainers the ladies from Yiarh performing. A large attendance enjoyed games music and speeches before a Scotch supper. A collection at the door supported a Christmas tree for local children.
