Public moral case ends in fine for youth on language charge
Sergeant Kenly heard Hugh Jamieson charged with using obscene language in public on April 14 in the presence of a girl. The court considered the act serious but fined the youth 205 pounds or 14 days in jail after accounting for his youth.
