Members of Hastings Presbytery Gloucester meet in Gloucester this week for the quarterly presbytery meeting. The Examiner reports a revived Billy the Pig sideshow memory at Grafton Dairy Company abattoirs in South Grafton. A massive pig was slaughtered after being sent through the yards due to its bulk. Weighed post slaughter it stood 675 pounds, with an estimate of nearly 800 pounds as a whole animal. Several other large pigs were processed recently, but none matched this size.
