It argues they uplift both strong and weak, foster character, and avoid sectarian ties while inviting lodge secretaries to publish notices about ladies’ interests, within paid advertisement limits.

The notice explains that subscribers who make no motion to oppose are considered as continuing for 48 weeks if their periodicals are not otherwise addressed.
