Hospital Committee Election at Literary Institute Taree
The adjourned annual meeting of the ALILD Hospital subscribers was held at the Literary Institute in Taree on Tuesday night. President G O T Clarke presided with numerous attendees including JC Murray and J Gh Wo Jamioon. About 45 ballots were cast and 285 votes were valid with 286 marked and 1 invalid. the president thanked all who attended.

Russel Anvil Meeting Reports 1929 Sub-branch Activities
The Pacer branch at Russel and Bink rooms, Taree, held its annual meeting Tuesday. W. J. Cheeseman chaired. the treasurer H. Poste and assistant secretary presented reports, with £2 4s 6d noted as aid to two ex-Diggers, and two ex-Diggers cited for crossing the Great Divide. Elections installed Cheeseman as president, Jurd as secretary, Poste as treasurer, plus multiple vice presidents. A grant request for £6 to two members prompted a review of finances, Salvation Army and other support acknowledged, and preparations for Anzac Day celebrations planned with a March 28 gathering and invitation to all Diggers and branch members.
