School Fair Opens Wednesday At Wilkie School

The Wilkie School hosts its first local School Fair next Wednesday September 1 with a children parade of floats many banners and sports events from 10 00 am at the fairground a reception in the assembly hall and a packed day of races and exhibitions across multiple age groups and classes culminating in a social evening.

Minutes of the Rural Municipality of Buffalo No 40 meeting held September 10 1917 at the Wilkie municipal office. Attending were Reeve J Wallace Councillors Ketcheson Imrie Cotter and Stewart. Motions include adopting the August 6 minutes approving a tax sale for November 5 granting 200 to the Great War Veterans Association Saskatoon approving bills 502 to 507 and adjourning to October 1.

Teachers Convention Will Feature Noted Speakers
