Air Mail Link With Melbourne Established
An air mail service between Wellington, Wagga and Melbourne begins this week, operating three times weekly. The Wellington Chamber of Commerce lobbied for the service, with mail cutoffs at 11 am on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Mail is carried to Dubbo by AMA coach and flown to Melbourne. Unusual appeal to police in Wellington drunkenness case
