Wellington beats Visitors 25 to 6 in rugby match

Wellington hosted a combined Metropolitan Junior Rugby Union team of 21 players under M C A Fairland. The visitors showed pace and skill but Wellington, led by Gil Hickey and E Lay, exploited openings to win 25 6 as Corby Lay and Clayton crossed the line and Lay converted.
