Sheep on Stock Reserve Court Case Dismissed
The Molong stock reserve case centered on 20 sheep found on Reserve No 2067 Smoky Camp. Inspector Heath testified fences were damaged and no permit existed. the court dismissed the charge under section 61a of the act but ordered the defendant to pay £3 11s in costs.
