Well-known Resident Norton Sutton Dies Suddenly
Norton Sutton a respected district identity and Percy Street builder died at Listriet Hospital from a stroke. He felt ill in the morning and worsened, being taken to hospital by 6 pm. The funeral will be held tomorrow after a Church of England service at 11 am. Obituary details to follow.

Grace Granted Bail In Murder Case At Supreme Court
In the Supreme Court Mr Justice Street granted bail to Henry Neel Grace 46 of Wellington committed for trial on a murder charge. Trial fixed for September 10 at Dubbo Circuit Court. Bail set at £500 with similar surety and reporting thrice weekly to Wellington police.
