Absurd humor and village anecdotes fill a page

A chaotic composite of old-time vignettes features waiters filled by wills in city places, wax on moustaches to gain service, Methuselah questions in Sunday school, bow tying guidance, a tipsy sightseer joke, a draughty library moment, stale bread banter, Mrs Frivel gossip, and a lamp strapped policeman gag. The tone is light local humor with a string of punchy one liners and misunderstandings.
