State Minister to Open Wednesday's Convention
The Minister for Agriculture Mr EK H Graham and his wife arrive in Wellington on Wednesday to attend the Neurea Agricultural Bureau convention and stay overnight at the Central Hotel. On Thursday he meets local officials and groups including the Grasziers Association and Wellington ALP branch, visits Burrendong Dam, and inspects Wellington Caves before leaving Friday morning. Colin Byrne of Maxwell Street has left Wellington to join his brother Doug in Canberra to train as a carpenter at John Grant and Sons.
