The retiring president Mrs J D Black urged members to boost mothers attendance for the Centre amenity. Secretary Mrs M E Purser summarized year's activities with praise for success and note of declining attendance. Treasurer reported income 327 pounds expenditure 97 pounds and 230 pound balance for the Baby Health Centre. Officers for 1953 elected: President Mrs B I Munro, secretary Mrs M E Purser, treasurer Mrs B Donnelly, vice presidents Mrs R McLellan Mrs BR Pickford Mrs E Sutton and Mrs Brown.

Yeoval Red Cross Meeting Decides Flower Show Cessation
The Yeoval branch of the Australian Red Cross Society will not hold its annual Flower Show in 1953. At the 1952 final meeting a show of hands led to abandoning the event next year. a decision on 1954 will be taken later. Delegates to the 1953 Red Cross Conference were appointed, £2 2s to Head Office for Christmas Cheer was sent, and textile salvage bags will be dispatched next Friday.

Dunedoo stock report notes small buyer attendance due to harvest. About 3000 cattle yarded with fat cattle prices: bullocks 35 6, steers 28 1, cows 24 1, heifers 25 11, wealers heavy 23 11, medium 20 16, light 16 19, bulls 22 6. Store cattle listed with steers 26, cows Jersey 13 11, heifers 16 6. Only fat sheep yarded: crossbred lambs 40 1. store sheep range from Merino wethers 36 2 to crossbred ewes 36 1 and related numbers.
